are the fenders and doors of the 1998 E250 and E350 the same?

I am fairly sure, that all E-Series vans of the same era, 150, 250 and 350 are all the same "box" so all the sheet metal should swap, just like the trucks. Pre 92 the main changes were just in the grill and the location of the emblems, so there may be alignment dowel holes you may or may not need, but they are all the same physical shape. In the 92 + there were more changes made in the front fenders, hood and grill, so there are more era dependent.... so if you find the same year range, it should all bolt up. From the A-Pillar back on the 92+ should all be the same, it was just the nose they changed......

from my searches, i see that my 98 is the same until 07.
i couldnt find anything about the different series tho.

Yep, it looks like 92 - 96/7 had the first style grill, but the lights and marker lights look to be the same as the 97/8 - 02 with the second grill. In 03 they started a different grill yet, but kept the same head and marker lights through 07. 08 is the new "Super Duty" grill lights and front fenders, and they were the same till 15 when they killed them off for that EWE-GLEE Transporter thing now......
But, I believe the rest of the box from 92 to 15 was the same body, just the front fenders, hood and grill changed in 08.....
