Steering Gear Box Leaking

My Steering Gear box is leaking through the adjuster bolt on the top. I have already cleaned it of and can see the fliud coming through the threads. Is there an O Ring or something under there, I cant remember. I rebuilt the one on my 85 Chevy (old truck) but I cant for the life of me remember if there was an O Ring under that top cap that sealed the adjuster bolt.

If I recall correctly no, there may be an o-ring on the one end that connects to the reservoir but the one to the gearbox is a compress fitting.

Let me RE-VISIT this

How can I fix the leak. As I said it is leaking up through the threads on the the adjust bolt/nut.
