Im getting a squealing sound in the drivers side front tire area. It comes and goes, but seems to be associated with bumps in the road.

For instance, it will start squealing for a bit when I hit a bump, then when I hit another one, it will stop. It will also stop when I start slowing down.

Any ideas? Brakes or suspension?

Thanks for the quick reply. Care to elaborate abit? What kind of vacuum pump?
Is this something I can fix on my own? I've got the tools and time.

vacuum pump provides vacuum for your brakes etc... located right on the front of the engine driver side, ran by your serpentine belt, usually when they are going bad they really start squealing, yours bouncing around coming and going is exactly how mine was when it went bad, make sure if you need a new one from NAPA or what ever that you make sure it's lubed before you install it, mine came bone dry and lasted about 4 days....

Slick!
