Speedometer went into program mode!

Yesterday I went to start my truck, when I turned the key I noticed that the speedo needle went a full sweep of the dial and back to zero. I started the truck and the odometer now reads E 03? The speedo does not registar now and I need to know how to get out of the proggram mode? Thanks in advance.

Is it program mode or is it and Error code? I dont know much about these but I dont think it should go into program mode by itself.

I don't think it is an error code, as the write up that Neb. posted says that the E means english and the 0 I don't know about the 3 means that I can only change the PSOM three times untill it is "locked up". Thanks for the help and I will try the reset button tomorrow.
