Does anyone know where I might source an alternafor pulley for a '92 F350 7.3 with V-belt drive? I recently bought a high output alternator and it came with the serpentine pulley. I need the 2-V pulley.

I want to maintain the other alternator as a spare.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

No, same size, but I was hoping to keep the old one on "hot standby". As I am just recovering from major surgery, I a unable to search and pull one from a recycling yard, so I was hoping to buy one outright.

Trying to use this downtime to complete some light of non-physical work I have been putting off.

Thanks for the reply

I just swapped pulleys when I put my 3G in- do you have a different sized shaft on yours?

I would assume those parts may be used on other cars and trucks. If not I'd check with a local alternator and starter re builder.

Hot standby? Took me about a minute to swap pulleys a couple weeks ago.

The diesel 2 belt pulley is different, the vacuum pump drive part (the outer V) is slightly smaller inside. If you look at the pulley with out the belts you'll see what I mean
