Pardon my lack of understanding...but what's the advantage over stock?
I have an H-pattern with the fuel returning to the tank off the driver rear of the motor....

Performance wise no advantage, aesthetically none as it is totally hidden, but serviceability is better as the one barb is not buried by the turbo, mostly because I could. The return from the ip straight to the main return line is supposed of help with injection pump timing, by keep restriction to a minimum.

Took the family out for ice cream last night. It was good to get her on the road. Got in my shipment of stanadyne performance. That stuff is awesome. Dosed both tanks because I’d been out for a fillip or two. I backed it out of the garage. Engine changed pitch. I thought the cold advance kicked off. Then the cold advance kicked off. That’s twice now that I’ve done that exercise. You can literally hear it get to the pump.

Flatbed just about finished on the cab swap truck. Need to cut-in the tail lights, and install mud flaps. Then a good washing, lots of dust on it. Also installed new door panels. Rubber floor mat is still back ordered at Dennis Carpenter. New door seals also need to be installed. IMG_7484.JPG IMG_7485.JPG IMG_7488.JPG

Changed the oil and put on a new Motorcraft filter for a Powerstroke (FL-1995) instead of the relatively small stock one. Then took the dog for a short leak-check ride :)

Well, not today, but back in February. Hauled my new to me 1998 Jeep Wrangler home in dump trailer. Worst roads I ever drove on. But truck did great.

Finally fired up the truck up at lunchtime today.:) After doing injector cups & seals plus a water pump & new air cond' piping, receiver drier etc. Hasn't been running for 2 months, way too long (jumped in the deep end, never worked on one of these before so a steep learning curve) but work & life gets in the way. If I could have done a cartwheel when it fired up, I would have. :Thumbs Up

Picked up a camper for the truck a couple weeks ago and took it out for it's first overnight trip.

Pressure washed the engine after soaking it in rustoleum heavy duty degreaser. That stuff is awesome. Have an oil leak I'm trying to run to ground. Now that I can actually see the engine through the grime should help. PO wasn't big on fixing leaks.

All of this is great, but I've just got to know how you managed to keep the truck clean from the back edge of the door back.

    That's a nice looking camper.

After doing a thorough coolant flush, even the block drains several times, fitted the new bottle, after I transferred the low water sensor to it's new home

Not necessarily the smartest idea I've had, but when's the last time you saw a 95 Ford F-150 Supercab Long Box 4x4 pulling an 89 Ford E-350 Extended van?[IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]
