Ok I didnt end up replacing the shoes, they looked pretty good actually. but I did replace the parking brake cables on both sides.

Whats the best way to bleed the breaks by myself? Im thinking of getting some one-way bleeder screws.

Yep I would just replace it if it is the bleeder on a brake cylinder. Also I usually put some antiseize on them when I get them out so next time they wont be stuck.

You bet I will be putting antisieze on them. I have used half an 8oz jar almost of that stuff on my truck. Every bolt that comes off gets a good coating. Why does Ford not put that stuff on at the factory?
