Snake oil, or cool idea?

Never seen these before. Reminds me of those magnetic braclets you see on sale at the drug store counter. Only these might really work? What do you think?

They really work well on the fuel line too.... They take all the magnatism out of the fuel before it goes into the pump..... . Really though, they can work but thats not something you will ever see. Who cuts apart the oil filter and what you may see might have been trapped in the media anyway. Save youe money and use a broken speaker magnet. Money saved is just that....

Go buy some Neodynium(SP?) magnets on Ebay and some duct tape.
