After sitting on this project for a long time i decided i would upgrade the headlight wiring right, well i went to the junkyard Saturday to get some plug ends and stuff...well i happen to come across a 92-96 F-350 (we already took the dana 60 months prior) and i noticed it had the mod done. So i took all the wiring, ends (which were HD) and it came with the FEMALE 9004/9007 end which are almost impossible to find.

so in the end i got a free wiring upgrade kit (sockets, plug, relays, fuse holders, wiring) for just walking in the junkyard. Also picked up some emmision solenoids to do the mod to hold the blendor shut, ZF shifter and tower, ZF transfer case shifter/bracket/linkage and a few other goodies. Wanna go back up and get the SBF ZF i found...maybe saturday.

i love the junkyards!

no powersmokes at either harrys or ezpull. i go there almost monthly if not more. one of the IDI's has a brand new starter, but it was like an artic tundra and snowin like a **** so i didnt look closer to see if it was a gear reduction or the big clunky one. if its a good one im takin that also if i get up there.

no pics, camera is dead and i cant find my charger cable. but its nothing really exciting to look at, i cut out some of the bad wiring so its in pieces.

last diesel @ ez pull i posted on here and someone took the trans from here, but there were rat droppings all over the engine so i didnt touch it.

i know of one yard that has three IDIs but i am sworn to secrecy of its location :-D
