sleeving a 7.3 to 6.9. worth it?

Is it really worth the extra clamping power of the bigger head studs? I'd imagine I would knock the coolant passages out and whatnot to get the extra cooling capacity also. The moose boost video is making me wonder how far you can actually push an IDI when properly built. R&D cam and intake, omega moose, moose boost, lowered compression around 19:1 and of course intercooled!

Can be pushed pretty far.
The question is, how much do you have to spend?

I think Hypermax built a 7.3 twin turbo that made 1100 hp. We have seen pictures of it too but nobody really knows where that engine or truck is today.
