The PO never (I mean NEVER) ran any seafoam to clean out the fuel system on my truck. He did religiously run Stanadyne fuel additive (which is why I have a functional pump after 115K miles, I think)

My question is... If I want to seafoam the engine, what is a good procedure?

Drain the filter and refill with seafoam???

Add to the tank???

I have always had good luck with the seafoam and gassers (except that time I got pulled over in my Yaris... cop thought my car was on fire.)

Thanks!

Thanks for the advice, fellow Justin.

I wondered about the intake, I used to feed it to my cars in the vacuum line.

Glad I didn't

i would run that stuff in a diesel, i dont think it has enough lubricating properties to run threw the ip. buy some diesel kleen at walmart and run a filter of that and add it to the tank every so often.
