Rpm's gone, and tranny is slipping on idi just started...

I think there is a plug loose somewhere but I don't know where to look. The problem is intermittent and I can't figure this out all fuses are good and all the plugs I can find are tight. Help please

I have just disconnected the batteries, and pulled the plugs out of the banks controller. Then I sprayed some contact cleaner in there. Still nothin... I need some help, any information will help, I got a long drive home tomorrow, and I Really don't want to be stranded. Thanks guys
