Rear Axle Seals: Ford 10.25

How much is involved in doing the rear axle seals? Do you need any special tools? Do the bearings or axle shafts have to come out?

So do the axle shafts have to be removed? Could someone give me a brief description of the job? I can't get anything from that link other than one page that has some part numbers for special tools.

Are there seals on both sides of the hub? Mine is leaking diff fluid into the brake drum.
