i was just talking about the pipe sections.
they have the v-band clamps and flanges too.
i used some 3" U-bends for my DP.
just ordered some 409 SS 2.25" piping for my FMIC
4" radius with 6" legs and 8 feet of the same grade piping.

I will be getting those curved sections for a next project.
Also if you recall the 4" flexible intake dict i got..well i could get some in a 2,2.5,3,4 etc. excellet tool for mockup for custom piping. wish i had it in 3 for the downpipe would be so mich quikcer. Did my 4" with it, didnt bother with the nicer sections.

Gents if i could ask a favor. Does anyone have electrical and vacuum diagrams for a 91 hvac controls?
And also the fuel gauge- but i think its tied ito the main circuit board. If itbis only 2 wires and i can reuse the stock plug, without powering the rest of the board, great, if not aftermarket gauge it is

go to mel.org click on databases and then scroll down to Chilton library and click on that. Every Michigan resident has Chilton online for free. They should have all the electrical and vacuum diagrams you need. Hope it helps you out. Great job on the build.
Pipes look good. Got them on a screen big enough to see it finally. I don't think any of my manuals have the info you are looking for. Autozone usually has stuff like that online. Might check them. Heck, you can probably use google then switch over to images. I've found a lot of diagrams that way.

also picked this up. On auto meter website coudlnt find a full sweep 2-1/16" but thru some googling came across this! also thru ebay its like 18 buck cheaper than summit (and no shippign costs). This is exactly what I wanted, full sweep for increased accuracy, and programmable, so it will be very very accurate.

I've got a full set of shop manuals for an 83. I have the Haynes manual that covers everything. I'll look and see if anything in them will help you. A quick round of Google netted me nothing either. Internet=2 , truck guys= 0.
Nice gauge. I am trying to decide if I'm going to build a huge gauge cluster or build my own electronic cluster. That may be an up the road project.

i know i will be putting all my gauges in place of the stock cluster soon, since there isnt one gauge that works on it anymore. I use a garmin GPS for my speedo, only the tach work..intermittently.

yes that looks good, any chance to get a higher resolution version? I also dont think I have door recirc? dunno, this is a littel confusing to my little brain.
ohhh wait... red yellow blue, yes I do have a vacuum connector with those colors. I was feeling a bt overwhelmebed when i pulled all the stock dash wiring out since my setup is all new from scratch, but if I can get the vacuum working, and i think the rest only requires minimal electrical wiring (hvac i mean)

One more request..any idea how to wire up some cab chassis lights (the pic of the light si posted)? the lights seem to be wired in series, with one plug with 5 pins to it. two grounds, and 3 green wires. one green is solid, two green have a yellow stripe.
lights have stop, turn, signal, reverse. Twin fillament bulbs, and a seperate bulb for reverse.

The lights should be pretty simple to sort. Did you completely ditch the factory harness or just trim it down?
You can consider it a trailer really. The cleanest way to do it might be to grab a piece of 7 conductor trailer wire to run back and T it to make a trailer plug while you are at it. But you are going to need other things back there too like your fuel sender. You can always just pick up some wire loom and a huge spool or two of wire and go at it. The tough part is finding the bits up front to tie into. Most of that stuff runs through your turn signal switch in the steering column. If you still have the orginal harness, I believe after the big plug came through the firewall, it split off into like three smaller harnesses. One of them ran back and took care of the tail lights, fuel selector etc. That parts not that hard to deal with. Finding the right place to make a new harness connect in and not make it look like a hack job might be tricky. If you still have your old harness, it might be worth digging it out and taking a hard look at it. If nothing else it and a wire diagram would give you a good place to start. You are going to have to have some sort of power distribution center/fuse/relay block somewhere.
