Let me understand this, If the wastgate rod is as long as it can get then the gate is open, dumping the exhaust?????????????? The best I have seen so far is 1 to 1 1/2 lbs of boost up a big hill unloaded and fuel screw maxed out.

My turbo is a T3/T4 Garett off a factory 94 IDI.

This is a long shot, and I highly doubt it, but are you sure your gauge isnt reading in bar's instead of psi?

Other than that, I would say you have a boost leak somewhere, time to go hunting and find it

that is def too low for what fuel you are putting in. mine is about the same setup as yours. fuel maxxed with factory turbo. i see 12-12.5 pounds. i have my wastegate disconnected also. (used the wastegate line for my boost gauge!) you should def see more than that. what are your egt's like? they would have to be outrageous at such low boost and high fuel levels!

I'm going to say, either Justin's right and the gauge is in bars, or you have a bad exhaust or intake leak, or your boost gauge is just bad, did you make doubly sure the tube is not pinched anywhere and the compression nut is not loose in the intake horn?
