greetings hellas. i have a 94idit that ive recently swapped out the old mechanical isspro gauges for new isspro electrical gauges(evII). the former owner installed the pyro after the turbo, so i mounted the new one in the drivers side manifold. which is located more towards the second to last cylinder. i did notice about a one inch crack in the manifold too. i didnt use the added wiring for the pyro since i didnt need the extra length and the instructions stated it was not necessary to do so. i linked the power and ground supply separately than the other gauges. so after running the truck it seems to me the pyro lags quite a bit. i havent removed the old thermocouple yet so i reconnected the gauge to compare the two. they both seem to run at the same temps?? idle is close to 250-300*, 55-70mph is running mid 400*s. starting at a full stop and using heavy throttle the post pyro climbs faster and higher than the pre turbo (pre turbo reaching 450*ish and post turbo around 600*). the truck has an inner cooler and ats elbow and dp. do i have a faulty pyro/thermocouple? any help is appreciated! thanks.
