Heres what I've been working on lately. Hopefully I'll have a few made and tested to sell after the first of the year.

^ Assuming he is right... very cool indeed. What kinda price range will they be in? Also any chance of an adapter for a benz?

Yes it is an injector pop tester. It should be able to be adapted to most injectors that use a 1/4" injector line. I gave it a coat of paint after the pic and will try it out tomorrow. I got lucky and was able to find all the high pressure fittings I needed locally, most are 5000psi rated but one is a 3000psi compression type for the line, still more than the 2200psi the turbo injectors pop at so it should all work fine.

What injector lines are compatible with the injectors our diesels? Would something from a VW work? Finding IDI cores is not easy in my neck of the woods.

Just an FYI, we used a glass mason jar as the catch tank for the fuel sprayed out of the injector. We tested several sets a week, so testing would have made a mess otherwise.

Yeah that was the thought I had too. A coffee can is also about the right height too.

Do the GM 6.2 and 6.5 have the same thread on the injector as the Fords do? I know the 6.5 has a different thread on the IP end.

I'm still working on getting it right. I'm not gonna sell something to someone if it dont work or is a POS. Spent most of today taking it apart and putting it back together trying to fix a bleed down problem. When I get it right, IF I can get it right, I'll come up with a price.
