C'mon man, you killed her already?! Naw, just kidding, but have the injectors been done? Does it smell like raw, unburnt fuel? Maybe run some cleaner through it and see if it clears up. Elsewise, time to do the compression check to see if the cylinders are weak. Timing could be off. Does it basically run good except for the smoke?

I guess its unbured fuel smell not really sure what it exactly smells like, i pulled 2 injectors out of it and one of them was really wet, so i changed it with a unknown injector i have laying around, i figured when i got the chance i would check the rest and see if there anymore that leak, but yes the truck runs real good other than the huge cloud of smoke and it has plenty of power i even think it has more than my white truck or my dads 7.3

My truck did that when I first got it and I finished filling the tank up with fresh fuel and put in 2 bottles Diesel Kleen. After about two days of driving it almost quit smoking completely at idle, and now only smokes coal black under full throttle instead of the gray diesel smelling smoke. My truck had been sitting for a year when I got it. I know it needs new injectors, but the big dose of fuel treatment helped it alot.
