Possible Oil Cooler Leak?

Update- I got the oil cooler seals replaced, both of the of the bigger seals were cracked. I tried to sneak it out without jacking the block up but that didn't work. Once I loosened the mounts and got the block raised up a little it came right out. Got the old seals off and cleaned everything up and had to press it back to together using the weight of the truck and a piece of wood. Then I ran into the old gasket stuck on the block, so I spent some time scraping that off. Got it worked back in there, buttoned it back up and filled her up with fresh oil and coolant. After sitting for almost three weeks, it fired on the first crank! (batteries were on the charger) I finally got some bigger batteries so it's not killing them trying to start it. I had 1300 cca before, now I've two 31 series with 950cca each. She turns fast! I think I still have an air intrusion issue somewhere, but with the bigger batteries, it starts quicker now. Thank you all for your help! I really do appreciate it.
