poly bushings

Does replacing stock bushings with poly bushings help with handling of the fwd trucks and has anyone replaced stock arms with aftermarket arms and what do they think of them?

Front arms....third time's a charm

I replaced the front arms with DT's + 1/2" longer arms. They have poly bushings and center the front axle in the wheel well if you level your truck. They are also overkill beefy I-beam construction. I prefer the 'feel' of poly bushings vs. rubber, much more solid feeling.
Other than the bushing sleeve I.D. size being too small for my truck I am happy with them. Quick easy fix right Eric?
