I received a pm about some bushing roller lifters asking me if I would run them. Thats a tuff question to answer. I don't understand the use of needle bearing compared to the bushing bearing roller lifters. why the change nor why are they available. Are they a new old stock or is a company still making them. If they are NOS why did some company stop making them. I have read some posts about flat cam lobes because a roller froze up but is this a common issue or an isolated fear issue. This question needs to extend to other idi forums. I never view other idi forums so please those that do ask this question out there. I for one want to know before advising someone to use these.

Hmm...

I am thinking I personally would only use needle bearings myself. The roller lifter would only have one upper and lower wear area and just be causing more problems than it solves.

Hmm..what to do..Need more info I suppose.
