Plug instead of glow plug controller

I have a 460 to 6.9 swap and have always had my glow plugs on a momentary switch. I am redoing the heads and see no reason for the glow plug controller to be there. I plan to replace it with a pipe plug unless there is something I am missing.

Thoughts?
