if it can be shifted into any gear without pushing in the clutch and doesnt move then your trans isnt turning. check flywheel/clutch/pressure plate would be my guess

I think its time to pull the tranny and have a good look at the pressure plate, clutch plate and flywheel.

yup, DMF came around with the 5 speeds.

Its not a chatter, it sounds like a rod doing things you never want to think about.

if it is really banging around that bad there might be some loose clutch parts doing the hokey pokey in there........

Thanks for the update.. You wil get it the way you want it.. Just fixing the small things gets to be a hassle sometimes
