Is there really a difference between the big after market companies (NAPA, AZ, CQ, etc)? I am asking because I need new rockers, and AZ, where I work, has Melling kits for $28 each, and NAPA has the Clevite kits for $25 each. If there is no difference, then I'll go with AZ since I can get a discount, but of not then I'll go with NAPA.

I just bought some rockers at Advance, Sealed Power, about $11 each out the door, didn't get the whole kits though. Just the rockers.

I think it depends on the product. There are certain things you want to get from NAPA, some only from the dealer, and some from Autozone or Advance, I doubt it matters on the rocker arms especially enough to forgo your employee discount.
