package question

Hey everyone got a question I own a 94 f350 xlt crew cab long bed 7.3idi turbo auto 4x4 and it says on the front doors Fontana with white strips running down it. I cannot find anything online about it does anyone have any info on it thanks all

I believe it was a former conversion van company. Have nonstandard seats and interior trim?
