Sorry phone corrected it to the wrong word. Anyways is it true they had a run of 25 made with a Hemi an aluminum hood fenders an doors it was a factory race car I guess? Anyways I came across one in a barn that I buy wvo from this old man an thought it was really sweet an wondering if that's true cause he told me its priceless to him he would turn 300k down. I was just wondering if I stumbled across an amazing barn find. It's really super cool has old racing stickers an stuff intake was massive I would have posted a pic but I didn't want him to think I was spreading the word if it was true lol.

1964 was the last year for the plymouth savoy. IIRC they made ~55 with the 426 hemi and aluminum doors, fenders, hood, and front bumper; they also had a lightweight interior. Not many left as a bunch were wrecked at the drag strip...
Unless it is absolutely mint with some famous past owners I would say 300k is too much. Depending on condition/authenticity it could be a 150k car though.

Gary I will ask next time im over there if I can. I would do more research but Im really busy right now. I was just really impressed an have heard of cars being made in small amounts with cool options back then many time. Its all red not alot of trim all stock looking craigers 10.5 slicks nice an clean. O did I mention that the whole quarter was covered in rubber vrooom lol oh an about 3 inches of dust sitting on a 1970 chevy roll back not hydrol just bed hauler with large boxes after the cab for tools an race stuff also fire engine red. Amazing set up straight outta 1980's also the cars name is red thunder. I really will try to post a pic I couldnt believe it was aluminum from the factory thats sweet he said it ran a low 9 second 1/4 @138mph. It spun a bearing he's rebuilding the motor now very very very slowly. He has several treasures in his yard too 68 charger old mini honda gt thing smaller than smart car an old mini model a old dodge truck dart an a few other things but this one was in the back of his barn an could barly see the tail light and I spotted it an he showed me.

Shoulda came from the factory with mag wheels up front and steel wheels on the back. Factory they were a mid 10 second car, but with some work (better cam and exhaust) would run faster. If its a true original then it is super rare and worth a few bucks, but like anything rare that car has been replicated 1000's of times over the last 48 years.

chevy guy I agree I know 300k is too much 150k for sure he's owned it since 1982. His name is one the side. This car is worth the 300k imho why because there is NO BONDO on this car period I really looked it over me an him smacking the panels all sounding hollow. Yes he said there all wrecked too I bet you will never find a car like this one again he said before he dies it will go down the track many more times hes like 65 great humble guy I would have never guessed he owned this car I just know he goes to car clubs an stuff all the time an race group but everything is not working in the yard he has a rebuilt datson diesel truck an thats it. Anyways this has to be working you guys up all try to get a pic but beware this place is exremly messey it would take a week to get it outta there lol.

Not saying that it isn't original, but just because he has owned it since 1982 doesn't mean that it's original. My dad and a few of his buddies raced a replica dodge 330 hemi lightweight back in the late 60's that was built with aluminum body parts (available aftermarket at the time) and the same van seats on the inside just the same as the factory cars came, this was done to bracket race in certain factory classes. And if you listen to my dad talk and look through old albums theirs wasn't the only replica car being raced back then.
Even if you assume that its an original A-864 I doubt with todays markets that he could even get 150k for it.
Either way I'm sure its a fun car to play with.
