New Truck...no motor or trans. What else do I need?

I have a 99 f350 that has no motor or trans. I do have ...
Radiator
valve covers and gaskets
starter
ac
driveline
looks like all wiring is there

I have lined up a 99motor that comes with...
motor (says complete so im guessing injectors and wiring harness)
turbo with pipes

I know I need...
ECM
intercooler
trans and transfer case
power steering pump

What transmissions are compatible with a 99 7.3? Preferrably manual.

What else will I need? Is the injector driver module the same as the ECM? What years ECM are compatible with a 99 7.3? I have an IDI but I am not diesel mech. I have help to install and tune and this project is almost unpassable. So let me have it! Give me a list of the requirements for a 7.3 in a motorless truck.

IDM and PCM are separate critters.
