You can get them from Advance Auto Parts, NAPA and others for about $60 and up or find them online for about $25 - $30 plus shipping

Here's one place Taylor Diesel Group they used to be Diesel Injection Service. There are 2 kits available for $27.95 and the break was around '92 so it's probably best to call this one in vs punching it in online.

Kit 73120 for the 7.3
Kit 69120 for the 6.9 & 7.3 (up to 1992)

If these kits are the same as I used last year when they were DIS I give them a big thumbs up.

any ideas on where i can get the caps and o-rings or should i just try goin through my local ford dealer?

About the third picture down.
Probably wouldn't hurt to replace the orings on the fuel filter to injection pump line while you're at it.
