Well I just picked up a 95 2500 5-speed with some stuff done to it. It has an intake and exaust, as well as a fuel plate. Not sure what number, the recipt the guy gave me says #4 but that can't be right.

Anyways, I love the truck, I just had to put a relay in for the air heater (55 bucks) and I gotta put a seal on the back of the transmission into the T-Case. Otherwise its pretty solid.

$7500 with a plow.

Sharp looking truck. something about reg cabs.

What makes you say that?

Thanks!

I donno, it just doesn't seem like its got that much more nut than my buddy's 98 12v that just had an intake and exaust.

It could be though, I'll have to talk to the dude one more time.

His '98 12V has a 215hp pump on it for one.
Your '95 is I think, a 185hp pump. That could
be it right there, and it also depends on where
your fuel plate is positioned. Pop it open and see
where it is, and you'll also be able to see the
number stamped on it.

If you don't already have gauges,
put them in before you slide the plate.
Especially with an agressive plate like a 4.
The pyro may peg itself in a big hurry.

I was thinking, if the p/o bought a #4, he may have
gotten a "kit". Is there a boost elbow on this truck?

A 95 Std cab would go for over 12K? Are pickups that hard to come by there or what?

no, this is modded cummins country...everyone has one or wants one. they are hard to come buy in good clean condition. everyone has a pickup here...moreso than cars. for every car you see, youll see 1-2 trucks.

Ya I know I have to get guages.

The reciept says Jannetty Racing, so I went to their web site and this is the only plate they offer for my truck. http://www.jannettyracing.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=JR&Product_Code=JRE-%232+Power+Kit&Category_Code=9402Camplate

Because their part numbers are JRE 1, 2, 3.
it probably won't have a 4 stamped on it.

If you were to pull it out and re-grind it,
go with a #10. Good for towing, and daily
use back and forth to work.

The zero I have is good for nothing
but overfueling and making smoke.
