Just picked up my 7.3 idit sight unseen non running always wanted one so real quick I was able to get it running oil change filter dumped gas new fuel and lines cleaned injectors has 246k Arizona kept so minimal rust getting a ticking hoping it’s not a rod knock tell me what you think

If you can accurately describe a noise as a "tick", it's probably not a rod. Those will give out a definite knock. The difference is usually in the volume and the pitch of the noise. A rod will give a relatively low pitched knock compared to about anything else on there engines.
