No, I asked him that a few months ago. when he had a battery burn down it melted some of the headlight. and he just took the other one off.
Also there were all kinds of reports on facebook of cody taintor the owner of outlawleds.com having shoddy work, lots of people having to return stuff to him, him taking money and never turning out products and whatnot. basically he is a hack in my opinon.
