It's all about me.
For my 00' how much fluid does it take front and rear...I'm putting new covers on and have to drain fluid to do so and I don't have a clue how much it takes???

Not sure about yours, but my front diff takes +/- 3 quarts and the rear +/- 4 quarts. If I were you I'd get 9 quarts and save the receipt and return any unopened quart bottles for a refund. If you still have the original owner's manual...there is a chart for filling capacities.
