Bilsteins (5100), they are specifically valved for our trucks. They aren't reasonably priced, a little high but can help with those tight springs.

Try www.thepartsbin.com, stock replacement Bilstiens run $81.?? each for front and rear, plus anything over $50 ships free, as soon as I have $330 to blow I'll be ordering a set up :D. Oh yeah, shipping is fast, I usually get my parts in 36 hours.

They come up on ebay regularly:

Bilsteins on ebay

$230 with free shipping.

On Edit:
My apologies. The ebay link I posted is for stock height, and you wrote that you have a 4" lift.

I've run Rancho's for 20 years. They work good for me.
