I gave up on alignment shops when it came to twin I-beam front ends. The last shop returned my F150 with 1/4" of toe-in. In the end, I simply pulled out a decent straight edge, some 24" fabricator's angles and a measuring tape. It took the better part of an afternoon on some flat concrete but it tracks nice now.

The trick is to make your adjustment, then roll the truck back, then forward at least 4' on level, smooth ground. I even used the E-brake to avoid having the front brakes grab. Once everything is resting in neutral position after rolling forward by 4 feet, NOW you can make your checks. I won't say its the only way to do it, but I never had any issues since.
