On my 6.5 the module PMD that runs the pump other than putting it on a aluminum block with fins is there other ways to keep it cool in the summer months. I have a problem it is away from my engine but everything runs so hot that it still lunges when I slow down or stop after running in hot weather.

Snag a PMD relocating harness and an aluminum heat sink plate and mount it under the core support behind the front bumper it's the best option to keep em cool.

I sell the remote mount PMD hardware, as well as Dtech upgraded PMD's. The Dtech ones are the best on the market, and are redesigned to tolerate the heat in the original location.
