I have been a member here for a few months now and i thought it was about time that I show you wonderful people my rig.;Sweet

The spot of rust you see on the drivers side right behind the tire is the extent of the rust.:D Even the bottom of the doors are clean!

Wow... You and your rig fit right in with the rest of us. I don't think you will find another group of people with like interests willing to help out a fellow follower. The collective thinking here can't be mearured by any dealership mechanical shop. We live this truck and engines everyday. I still pickup information all the time Its amazeing how much I learn after I think I know it all...:sly

I have had this truck for a little over a year now and i have learned quite a bit about these things. When i first got the truck my friend who has a '93 F-250 w/7.3L NA said that sooner rather than later i would now that truck inside and out. I can tell you that he was not kidding. i do realize that i am no certified mechanic by any means, which i hope to be in the near future b/c i am going to college for automotive, but i deffinatley have a grasp of what makes these things work. It is amazing what trial and error will do for your knowledge of something.LOL. I have the basic workings of the fuel injection system down alright. Now that i am kind of done with my latest fiasco that was my brakes i have that system down pretty good as well.

Oh ya, that dent you see on the driver's side door is from Bambi running into me. Frickin' thing... errrr
Same thing happened to my friend who i mentioned above. a deer ran into the passenger side of their bed samshing the side in. i told him it s pretty bad when you can sit in the pass. seat and look in the pass. side mirror and see the whole tire.LOL

Cant be any worse than my buddy, he has a 1991 F-150 with a 302. The one day he pulled into the school parking lot and his truck was missfiring and would keep stalling. He finally got pissed off enough, got out of the truck and caved in the entire drivers side of the bed with his boot.

Then after school we took the hammer and piece of pipe from behind my seat and beat the entire side of the bed back out. Talk about a long day at school

I love the front seat. I have the same one in my '86 crew cab. One of the previous owners did that before I got it. But, I'm glad they did. Much nicer than the bench I have in the '86 F250.
