So what do you want or need to know about the Moose pump?? I have one and its one of the best upgrades you can do for our motors. You will build boost and heat in the pyro almost at the same rate if your not careful. I turned down my pump almost one full turn of the allen wrench. I did ask Mell first though. I could pass 13 lbs of boost at ease too. Driving the truck made me feel like I was going to the moon it dorve so quickly. It also made a much differant motor sound. I just today finished installing a Pensacola Diesel turbo pump for comparrisons. What a differance there is between a stock turbo 5069 turbo pump and Mel's Moose pump. I would give Mel a call and see if buying a Pensacola turbo pump and having it shipped directly to him. Pensacola does not charge for shipping or a core. And at $295.00 you can't go wrong. Mel wont have much to "repair" in a new rebuilt pump as compared to a used up injection pump. These are just my thoughts. I get nothing for making these suggestions... But I like what I have gotten from both of these shops. P.S... My Moose pump loaded up hauling 2 horses and all the crap that goes with them still gets 16 + miles per gallon and I'm towing usually around 70 mph...

Thats what i wanted to know, its just a better designed pump. Can i run a turbo pump till i get the turbo and then send it the pump to him, or will a turbo pump overfuel a non turbo truck. Can a stock lift pump keep up or would you need to add an electric as you have. I also see youre running turbo pistons which would equal less compression and therefore more boost, correct?

Still not sure that my best money wouldnt be spent just putting a 6bt in it.

What about his moose air, does he sale that as well.
