might have to pull motor again

hey yall was just wondering do i really have to pull the motor again to the studs on it, ive done pulled it and rebuilt once, it only has around 10k on it, in retrospect i should have put studs on it then, but i ran outa money so it went with stock head bolts. so what im getting at is if have the blower box for the ac and heater core pulled off, do i have to pull the motor to do the studs?

I think you could, as you pull a bolt drop in a stud, and keep goin in the fashion. I dont see why you would even need to pull the heads off. As longs as you can get to the back bolts you should be fine. May have to jack up the tranny a little, dont remember how tucked back the engine is in those trucks.
