maintenance schedule for the IDI

i don't know it. but can we get a list together of the replacement schedule for the various parts. my truck, and i'm sure others' trucks, didn't come with the service book. so i'm in the dark. my local dealer seems lost when i say my truck isn't a powerstroke. i've added the things i think i know. please fill in the stuff you know.

engine oil - 2500 or 5000 depending on use
engine oil filter - 2500 or 5000 depending on use
air filter - 30,000
fuel filter - 15,000
fuel filter drain water - 5000
glow plugs -
fuel pump, low pressure -
fuel pump, injection - 100,000
fuel injectors - 100,000
fuel return lines -
coolant - 50,000 or 3 yrs

automatic transmission fluid - 30,000
manual (ZF5) transmission fluid -
brake fluid - 30,000

I replace the glow plugs as they go out, but bein in Tx I guess I can get away with it, I always change oil and filter at 5k no matter what. My truck gets run fairly hard and has about 300,000 on it.
