an OEM brake that will bolt right up in place of yer exhaust elbo is made by Jacobs......I have one of these

If you're looking for a Jake Brake then there's only 1 choice and that's Jacobs. That is where the name comes from. Jacob's brakes are the only ones that won't void a warranty and are approved by Dodge and Cummins.
If you're looking for an exhaust brake in general then BD and PAC make some that will work on the 24v.

Exhaust brakes
I went to ???? Pacbrake because of the pipe threaded fittings so I could use a stainless steel low pressure hyd hose and not a hose with pipe clamps on it for the reccomend that they be changed every ???? so often and and that could be 3 times a year for me so toooo much extra work. I put mine on with a strain relief connector on to the gear shift and just turn it on and off, instead of the throttle.
