I know how the repair is done, as I did it beforeun pin the plug send wires up and then re pin plug once wires are feed back threw did it on a bronco about a month ago

Some 10 years ago I remember being forced to pay Ford almost $100 because I had to buy the whole stinking wire pigtail...and unpin-repin each stinking wire end.
All that $$$ just to get the turn signal disk.
Well, yes, no and maybe...at 56, sometimes my time is more valuable then fixing broking sh*t on an old truck.Beats the crap out of monthly car payments on a vehicle while it depreciates in value.

Many years ago I learned to use Moog...lifetime warranty.I hear you. Found both outer tie rod ends shot doing a tire rotation yesterday. They were fine less than 2000 miles ago.
At least they're cheap...
