Ok I bought a used pyro last week for like five bucks and I am going to see if it works, but the gauge has a big plastic housing around it. Its probably three inches long and it looks like it was held in place by a bracket. Does the gauge come out of the plastic cover? I really need it to so I can hook it up to the existing wires...

Thanks

Post some pictures of the back of it, and right around the edge... if you can't get to the terminals on the back of the gauge with that cover on there, then it was probably designed to come off.

Well I got the black cover off and the pyro still doesn't work. I thought maybe the banks pyro was bad but the isspro still doesn't work. The pyro makes very eratic movements and is never accurate. What do yall think? the wiring or the piece that bolts into the exhaust?
