Does the Chevy sit up higher then the GMC? I have seen a couple new ones around town anf the look like they sit up more then mine? 
Is it just my eyes or what?

They might have come with an added lift, time to lift her back up again!

Well they werent lifted that much? I am thinking cranking the Tbars and is there pro's and cons on doing it that way? I dont want much but a little would be nice.................................

Should be pretty much the same. I cranked my torsion bars to make it sit level. No regrets!
The only cons are you are increasing your cv angle but if you just go level you will be fine. I would also suggest getting the tie rods reinforced. There are a few people making parts to stengthen them. I have tie rod sleaves that make them much stronger. You can find them at www.superdieselperformance.com
