so i bought a new set of BB injectors from BD DIesel Valley fuel injection. i got a new return ki an seals any ways im goin to change them in the morning whats the best way of removing the old ones and installing the new ones as far a touguin it when are they tight enough, and do you pull that hard lines off whats the best procedure. anyways thanks in advance

Yes, you need to unhook the hard lines. You can usually just apply upward pressure on BOTH sides of the return hats and do some back and forth twisting and they pop right off of the injectors. Might need a pick to remove the old O-rings and remember to lubbe the new O-rings before both putting them on the injectors and before putting the return hats on.

First thing is get the engine clean. any dirt in the new injector will ruin them. Wear clean white rubber gloves and change them when the show dirt. Remove the hard lines with a 5/8 wrench. Remove and throw away the retund lines now. Remove the injectors with a 1 or 1 1/16 socket. Make sure the coper gasket is on the bottom of them. check each injector bore for carbon buildup. If any is found then that injector seal was leaking. Now its a tuff job to clean that mess out. So if its all clean now use a dental pick and drag the point around the seal surface in the head. If the pick stops then you have a cut in the seat and that will need to be fixed with a injector seat reamer. Hopefully you will not have this problem. Now for the installation. Install the top o-ring in the top groove first then roll the lower one over the top one. Its that easy. Coat the injector threads with antisieze. Install the injector and torque to 35 lbs. Dig the return line out of the trash and make another just like the old one. Apply plenty of lube on the o-rings and press them down on the injectors. You will feel and hear the snap when they are completely seated on the injector. Thats about it. Just ask questions as you go along. Many members here have done this and are willing to help.
