injector pump cover permatex RTV?

Do I use permatex RTV to seal the cover for my pump the one up front with the two bolts? just double checking.

I feel its not a good idea to use RTV on that side cover when we have a perfectly good gasket. Remember ANY RTV that gets inside the pump ruins it right now.

He's talking about the gear access cover aka lemon cover.
Not the fuel screw cover.

yes not the fuel screw, just got done putting it together looks good.

Well shut the front door.. I was only seeing the side cover with the 2 bolts.. Silly me.. Forgot bout the front lemon cover. Then yes.. RTV is a good sealer for this.
