In bed fuel tank

My truck came with a 100 gallon transfer tank I gave to my brother. He isn't using it anymore and you guys are making me want to re install it. I am trying to convince myself that I don't need it. Twin Duralifts and 137 gallons of fuel sure would get you places.....damn it, I don't need this.......... Maybe if I get a diesel chipper this spring I can justify the need for a transfer tank.......

I didn't have the stock lift pump on the side of the block when I had the big tank in the bed. but I ran a cheapo "master pump brand" from the autoparts store that was mounted on the frame rail about 6 inches after the factory and aftermarket fuel switching valves. Never had a problem with it. So I would say, strap the tank in, make sure that the fuel that you pull from the big tank exits the tank from the top of the tank, then down to the fuel switching valve then off to the fuel pump then finally it hits the engine compartment.
