IDI burning oil

Hi guys,
a couple days ago i checked the oil level and saw that fairly touch the point of the gauge, and some times the engine threw a lot of blue smoke under aceleration and between gears on low rpm's (1500 rmp's constantly running)
so i decided to check more and saw that the intake manifold had some oil inside looking on internet read about the CDR valve and bought it
now i remove the intake and the IP and found a lot oil under it

now that its all apart, what else can i do?

Well you should've just tried changing/cleaning the cdr before tearing it down. Now you're gonna need to time it, and probably do Injector orings.

forgot to mention that we already clean it before, but the problem persisted

Maybe a leak down test. Could have bad valve seals/guides.

I dont what to think that the valves are the problem
Already spent a lot of money on it, last thing i want is to open the engine

But maybe thats the problem

Sadly the plunger on the drivers side of the injection pump has failed causing the "oil under" the intake manifold. Glad you covered the injectors but... Did you make a mark where the pump was installed in the housing? If you did not then as already posted. You MUST time the engine now.
You may or may not know that valley pan plate where the oil is and where it seals the intake to the heads is a one time install. You now will need to replace it. If you decide to not replace it best use some sealant around where it creates a seal. Why is the old CDR look like it burned? It has a blueish color to it like it got really hot.

yes we mark the IP, but we will check the timing again
and for the oil valley pan we will be careful when its reinstalled or maybe put a new seal

for the bluish color, i bought the truck a couple months ago actually i dont know nothing about its past life
its my first diesel truck im trying to make it my DD
seems it doesnt have any injector or IP problems

i would like to drive it with out that blue smoke makes me feel bad for the guys next to me when im driving it

Blue smoke usually means an injector is washing down a cylinder oil film. Remember our engines burn oil as fuel. We have had members burning 100% used motor oil before and they ran fine on it. But most will run about 25 % or so.

do you suggest to change the inyectors?
for the oil in the intake is common in this engines?
