Identify that plug game

I'm cleaning up some wiring this morning and I came across this connector with a black wire and a red stripe maybe its orange -that isn't hooked up to anything. Can't find anything near it either. Any ideas what it's for? Everything on my truck seems to work..

What year and model? is that under the passenger side of dash?
I can check my manuals when more info is provided

1990 f350 xlt lariat 5 speed.

It's under the drivers side by the grommet in the firewall.

Well if it was passenger side, I would say it's the rabs wire. Lol

RABS self test harness. You ground it out and turn the key on like you're checking the engine codes on your gasser (KOEO test), but it'll flush out ABS error codes via the ABS light instead.
