It is a Warn ***** bumper, They were built for the OBS trucks. It is the same bumper that Bigfoot ran on their monster trucks.
I searched a long time to find one, they don't make them anymore.

im in the process of designing a front bumper that will fit the OBS fords. The warn bumpers are nice but still kind of flat. I am trying to give the bumper some dimension to try and break up the front end of the truck front being too flat and make it more modern looking.
Once i'm done and have tested that I can always go back and look at a warn (if i can find one close) and look at trying to make something similar if someone would rather the flat look.

X2 & white lightning looks like it could make a decent truck also. Oh well maybe they will make good flower planters!
