HVAC FAN SPEEDS

Thanks for all of the advice on the AC.

Worked on it and got it blowing cold air.

My fan only blows at the MAX SPEED. The other fan settings do not work.

What causes this? Thanks for the help..

check the resistor block next to the fan. you should see some heavy wire and plug, its basically there to drop voltage down so you get variable speeds. high speed bypasses it. the connectors rust or even the resistor rusts and corrodes apart, should have 2 8mm screws holding it in.
